Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns/Exchanges 

If you’re not in love with your set Doll, you can return or exchange any new, unworn items within 15 days of receiving your delivery. Please make sure tags are still intact and the items are in the same condition you received it. Items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free of marks, stains, makeup, deodorant and scents.

Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process it. 

Please email contact@grindlikeadoll.com for assistance so we can resolve this for you right away. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. 

All sale items are non-refundable but you can exchange or receive a store credit on any new, unworn items within 15 days of receiving your delivery.
