I will design a meal plan with various meal options and a list of foods you can swap in and out. Clients LOVE this, because there is direction on what to eat, but tons of flexibility- so you never get bored.
My goal is to help you not only achieve your goals, but also develop healthy eating habits. There is absolutely NO crash dieting or crazy restrictions.
I work with total beginners to advanced clients- workouts will fit your current level and goals, but will be challenging, of course :)
You will have 3 options to choose from: Gym only workouts, Home only workouts, and ½ gym ½ home.
I also will provide you with "How To" videos, so you know exactly what to do at the gym as well as what weight to use, so you are never lost or confused.
Based on your goals, I will provide you with recommendations on supplements.

Guidance and recommendations for muscle growth and fat loss that I do not share with anyone.
During the 8 week period clients have the option to check in with mevia FaceTime, phone or email to make sure they are on track, with no major adjustments to the plan.
Mandatory Client Check Ins will take place at Week 3, Week 6, and Week 8 during the consecutive 8 week period.
